Zambia’s international relations inconsistencies – Dr Simutanyi

A Public Policy Expert has observed that Zambia’s position on international relations is not consistent with the world opinion.
Dr Neo Simutanyi notes that Zambia does not seem to have a clear position on international relations.

He observes that Zambia’s diplomatic credentials have been tarnished because of associating with countries whose international standing is negative.

Dr Simutanyi points out that international opinion over Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe is still negative whom Zambia has chosen to have as a close ally.

He says such a situation is worrying and should be looked into with seriousness.

Meanwhile, Mr. Simutanyi has noted the need for President Michael Sata to be consistent in explaining to the nation how government policies are being implemented.
