United Nations Population Fund Agency (UNPFA) has called on health care providers to create demand and access for the usage of female condoms.
United Nations Population Fund Agency Programs officer, Mwilu Mumbi has told Qfm news in an interview that there is need for all partners of sexual reproductive health to work to their very best and ensure that they convince the people on the advantages of using the female condom all the time.
Mr. Mumbi explains that there is also need for all partners to take time and explain in detail to women the benefits of the female condom.
He has since called for concerted efforts from all stakeholders in ensuring that the female condom is brought to the same level as a male condom.
Mr. Mumbi adds that women should also avoid shying away from asking their healthcare.
